Hot Oil Flushing/Cleaning 

Hot oil flushing is generally performed during the commissioning or maintenance phase to ensure that systems are clean before start-up. Flushing is a well proven and very effective cleaning method, oil is circulated through the system by means of turbulent flow at a set temperature. During circulation the oil is filtered and particles removed. The final product will be a clean system according to client specifications, which is documented through analyzed oil samples.
